Oh man, not a good night. I woke up at 4am and threw up twice. It was not fun. Walter was not home because he stayed overnight at a friends for the Fussball game and Carola was upstairs. After about 30 minutes, I felt better and was able to go back to sleep. I woke up on time for school and had a headache and stuffy nose. I went to school and when my teacher found out I got sick and Walter was not home she said, "What? Walter wasn't there? You should have called me!" It was funny. After coming home from school and eating lunch I went to take a nap for two hours. Walter woke me with peppermint tea fresh from his garden. It was super delicious. Later, we went to the supermarket to get dinner supplies. His wife came over and we had pork steak and ribs with potato salad. At eight, Abby and Hans came over to watch the Italy-Paraguay game. It was such a fun night. Abby and I were tired and slap-happy, so we were making up new words. We kept tickling each other and so we asked what the word was for tickle. It's kitzel, so we put that together with the word for war, krieg, and now we say Kitzelkrieg all the time and try to tickle each other. After the game I was super tired and Walter joked with Abby and Hans that every night he reads me a bed time story and I fall asleep. He then proceeded to get out his old Grimm's Fairytales book and read to Abby and me. We were laughing so hard. It's always so much fun when Walter, Hans, Abby and I are together. They teach us German vs. Bavaria words and we use them in our vocab books that we have to write everyday. Anyway, it is time to go. Until next time :D
